Larger jobs, recurring services and long-distance journeys are priced individually. Unless stated otherwise, quotes remain valid for seven days.
PRICING
A clear quote for every job.
No two transport jobs require exactly the same work. We price each service according to route, volume, time, urgency, handling requirements and access conditions.
REQUEST A QUOTELOADING & UNLOADING
We organise loading and unloading using methods and equipment appropriate to the job, including straps, protective blankets and auxiliary equipment where required.
WAITING TIME
Normal loading and unloading are allowed for within the service. Extended waiting caused by circumstances outside AXXIS may result in an additional charge.
SPECIAL ITEMS
Motorbikes, machinery, fragile furniture, bulky pieces or particularly heavy loads must be declared before the service is confirmed.
ACCESS
The price may vary where access conditions are unusual, such as no lift, narrow stairs, long carries from the vehicle or the need for additional equipment.
INSURANCE & COVER
Where a service includes goods cover, it remains subject to the applicable limits, exclusions and conditions. Items of special value must be declared in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or amendments should be communicated as early as possible. Charges may apply where resources have already been reserved or a journey has begun.
